I do not think there is an element for this Hebrew name, and maybe we should create one. But if we use the Hebrew Language Academia transcription rules, the element Q19968396 is much better. Not sure if it's exact it, but at least it's very close. I would transcript the name, in place of Tom = T + short O + M as Thorm = Th + long O + M. But it's just my oppinion. And this element is for Scotish name, and not for Hebrew one. You should know also, Jura1, that the English name Tom is sometimes used for Hebrew children, but it is very rare. See, for example, Q47402097 or Q18913467. About the English label - maybe it's a decision of some wiki user, and maybe the person itself decided to write his name in English like this, despite the orphography. - If you want to add more values to P735, you are free to do so. We do lack items for Hebrew names. The item I added is the correct one for the name spelled "Tom" in Latin script. I don't think we should use another English version of a person's name than the person uses and/or can be referenced.
