Spelling of Gennadiy Borisov's name

@Wolverène: Luxembourg doesn't support the annexation of Crimea, so his name transcribed from Ukrainian

The annexation of Crimea has nothing to do with the spelling of Gennadiy Borisov's name. What matters is the language a person speaks.

Gennadiy Borisov was born in 1962 in Kramatorsk, a Russian-speaking city in the east of the Ukrainian SSR. Borisov served in the Soviet army, which used Russian language exclusively. Google search gives 13,500 results for "Gennady Borisov" "comet", 196 results for "Gennadiy Borisov" "comet", and 1 result for "Hennadiy Borysov" "comet" (which doesn't count because it comes from the French Wikipedia article on Borisov). Thus, the commonly used spelling of the astronomer's name is "Gennady Borisov".
