@Epìdosis: According to [1], Apollinarius (Q76805165) "is very porbably the same person as the Apollinaris (Q2696474)", but there should be almost 2 centuries between them. How is it possible? --Horcrux (talk) 10:05, 29 November 2019 (UTC)
- @Horcrux: I have no sure explanation, but: 1) DGRBM, who makes this affirmation, is very often obsolete; 2) dating an author like this on the basis of only two epigrams is very difficult, so there can be different evaluations between scholars (e.g. LSJ thinks 2nd century is not certain). In my opinion said to be the same as (P460)Apollinaris (Q2696474) is not strictly necessary. --Epìdosis 18:19, 29 December 2019 (UTC)
