Old documentation
editFor a list of users with autopatrolled rights, see Special:ListUsers/autopatrolled.
This userbox and its corresponding topicon are half-ironic. At the moment, 'autopatrolled'
is handed out to pretty much anyone who's already established on their home wiki. That said, it could be useful to know this, and at the very least it shows that someone using it is somewhat active on Wikidata, so unlike something like enwp's en:Template:User Wikipedia/Autoconfirmed this userbox serves something of a legitimate purpose.
Two images to choose from
editI created File:Wikidata Autopatrolled.png as an initial foray into SVG editing. IMHO, it's fairly aesthetically pleasing, but Snaevar (talk • contribs • logs) created File:Wikidata-check.svg as an alternative, which I personally find much more attractive. So now, by default, the userbox shows his image; if you'd like to use mine, you can do so by setting the first parameter to alt
(i.e. {{User:PinkAmpersand/Autopatroller|alt}}
), which displays as shown below:
![]() | This user was an autopatrolled user on Wikidata. (verify) |
