Hello VIGNERON,

Item included no sources, and had IMDB as the only identifier, my search on on google was inconclusive. I've restored the item, in case anyone might be able to fill it, otherwise we should delete it again soon.

Well, I put back the image, added Imdb and a greek website as references (which seems to be "serious and publicly available references" per WD:N), added the Instagram account and some label. I'm not sure there is much more I can do. What do you think?

Chalk19 (talkcontribs)

www.unstage.gr is just a database; anyone can add info (on her/himself). Nothing "serious" here.

I think it's okay, I'm pinging original requestor of deletion @Chalk19 for input.

So what I get from the discussion above is this: Even if someone fails to promote her/himself in WP, she/he will be finally able to have an entry on her/himself at Wikidata, and a portrait photo at Commons? Like at LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instgram?

VIGNERON (talkcontribs)

@Chalk19: this is a bit weirdly said but yes, Wikidata notability threshold is much lower than Wikipedia criteria. For example, every published book is acceptable on Wikidata (as long as there is a source, which can be a database).

That said, self-promotion is not something encouraged.
