About me

This is the on-duty account of User:Jens Ohlig. I use this account when doing things in my capacity as an employee of Wikimedia Germany and Wikidata developer.

My work

I work on community communication for Wikimedia Germany. This includes giving talks, running workshops, writing blog posts, and much more. I mainly work on data partnerships and data donations for Wikidata. Also: Ask me about Wikibase, the software behind Wikidata!

Before I went into communication, I was a software developer and on the original team that developed Wikidata during its first year.
