Fixed: [110], and I fixed the other current examples with Quick Statements. Here's a query that just shows these violations: [111]. P31 has a ton of constraints, which I think causes performance issues. Fixed narrowly [131], but there's not an easy way to generalize, because there are a huge number of entities that conflate classes of artworks with the activity of creating them, and those entities have a mix of statements, labels, descriptions, and links that assume each meaning, which would need to be teased apart manually, a task maybe best left to Wikidata:WikiProject Arts. False positive/error in tool design. P31 is not transitive, so PrideFest (Q7242733)instance of (P31)animal behaviour (Q2990593) and animal behaviour (Q2990593)instance of (P31)academic discipline (Q11862829) do not imply PrideFest (Q7242733)instance of (P31)academic discipline (Q11862829). Wait, so "instance of" for object X does not apply to object A which is subclass of object X? Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 12:45, 1 December 2023 (UTC)
Correct – that cannot be taken as a given. P31 is not transitive, and P279 is only transitive with itself. You can have one P31 at the start of a chain, e.g., [A P31/P279/P279/P279/P279 B] implies [A P31 B], but that's it. Swpb (talk) 15:41, 5 December 2023 (UTC)

But it seems to be about place where event happens, with reoccurring show, not about a specific single event Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 07:57, 10 December 2023 (UTC)

I think this is ok. The statements on the item are consistent with a service (i.e. an activity), rather than a particular physical train. Some of the Wikipedia articles are nominally about a physical train, per their lead sentences, but the articles actually describe the service, in agreement with the Wikidata item. Swpb (talk) 16:05, 5 March 2024 (UTC)

I guess it makes sense to consider sustained train service as intentional human activity, I added exception on my side then like for ferry routes. And thanks for continued processing of this reports! Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 19:26, 10 March 2024 (UTC)
