Request reason:
I was blocked for violating the crosswiki-vandalism. I sorry for this and promise not to do it again. The blocking policy states that blocks are not a punishment, but a means to stop future problems. If unblocked, I'm not going to continue reverting, but instead will attempt to find a compromise on the talk page, and if that doesn't work, I'll try dispute resolution. Because I've promised not to cause any more problems, my block no longer serves a purpose allowed by the blocking policy. Therefore, I request to be unblocked.
Decline reason:
I am declining this unblock. The concern raise by Hym is beyond valid especially it's breach on personal information and outing of an user. Therefore I see no reason to openly allow the personal information of an administrator be spread not the wiki like it is his username. The block does still serve a purpose on two grounds; 1. Prevention of releasing PI to the community when not authorised; 2. School block. If you wish to edit Wikidata, please create an account. John F. Lewis (talk) 17:05, 17 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

  1. Your previllage to edit your talk page is not limited. Please confirm you're editing on this IP.
  2. You have been Globalblocked twice for vandalizing my userpage with my real name. Anything to say about this?
Admins: DO NOT UNBLOCK until he replies on my question.

(add)You are NOT blocked because you continues reverting, nor dispute with other users, but because of serious PI issues. (If anyone is going to unblock contact me before clicking unblock buttons.) --by Revi레비 at 16:32, 17 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
