Strange revert on Q4827069

Hi,

Your revert on Motorway A-381 (Spain) (Q4827069) is strange. Why re-adding the wrongly written label? (see Help:Label for how a label is supposed to be written : no parentheses at the end and usually no uppercase at the beginning).
