Wikidata is a free knowledge base that you can edit! It can be read and edited by humans and machines alike and you can go to any item page now and add to this ever-growing database!

No thanks for the update. I appreciate them. Just no opinion on this one. I guess I will need to figure out just how Wikidata works at some point. A little weird

Just curious: In [1] you're logged in to this account, your signature text is "Doc James", but your signature contains a link to User:Jmh649 in it. Is there a particular reason why that's the link provided rather than to this user name? --Izno (talk) 16:53, 8 May 2015 (UTC)

How many values are currently on en-wiki? If it is below 100 it might be easier to do it by hand. - Otherwise: I haven't had the time to learn pywikibot yet, so we need to ask someone. --Tobias1984 (talk) 15:15, 14 July 2015 (UTC)

Open infectious disease guide

Hey there! I'm a physician and researcher at the University of Cologne. Yesterday I had a conversation with Jens Ohlig from Wikimedia Germany about a project I am working on. Supported and partly funded by the German Society for infectious diseases we are creating an open platform (based on mediawiki and hopefully wikidata) with information on how to diagnose and treat the most prevalent infectious diseases. We call it 'infektiopedia'.
