Use of point in time qualifier edit

Hi Flossbot, why are you using a "point in time" qualifier instead of "date retrieved" in the reference section?

@Jura1: it is my understanding (reading the retrieved (P813) documentation) that it is the date at which the source/reference was retrieved and not the date at which the claim was verified to be true. Am I mistaken ? Thanks a lot for your interest in this, I'm eager to improve my understanding and make sure FLOSSbot behaves well. Dachary (talk) 11:07, 25 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
Normally, for this type of statement, I don't think there is much of a difference. It's like Q76 P21 = male. The use of point in time gives the impression that the statement is likely to be outdated. BTW, please comment at Property_talk:P2992.

@Jura1: So it would be ok to add a retrieved (P813) in the reference/source even if this is the only qualifier it contains ? That makes sense to me but I'm trying to figure out correctly and not make another mistake ;-) Dachary (talk) 18:59, 28 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
