Migrating bibcode journal list to Wikidata

edit

It would be nice to migrate w:User:Bibcode Bot/Journal list to Wikidata. I have proposed a property for it at Wikidata:Property proposal/Creative work#Bibcode reference code. There will need to be some design required, as 'CeMec' can be either placed on Celestial Mechanics and Dynamical Astronomy (Q2792544) with a qualifier to indicate which years and/or ISSNs and/or titles it is valid for, or we need to create additional items for any journals which have been continued as a different title and Wikipedia doesnt have a separate article about the former title (the extra items would fall into both criteria 2 & 3 of Wikidata:Notability).
