Thanks for the ping. I believe there is clear evidence here to suggest that Hesamodinrezaeisinger and Hesamodinrezaeimusic are the same person who is here with a single purpose, recreating deleted items and vandalizing existing items to promote themselves. See also the repeated block evasion and recreation of deleted items described in Special:AbuseFilter/173. Note the many IPs and also the accounts:
