Hi! I see that you've added de:Rechtssprechung to jurisdiction (Q471855) in the past. I understand that you've done that because the portuguese word jurisdição is used both to describe the sum of case law and the competence of a court. Both are nevertheless two separate logical concepts. The right way would be to separate the article of the ptwiki into two: not to merge elements for competence and case law on Wikidata. I understand that another issue may be to separate the articles on anglo-saxon case law and case law as it exists in the continental legal systems: some wikis follow that way, some didn't. --eugrus (talk) 16:02, 25 September 2019 (UTC)
