@A2D2: Pardon me User:A2D2, but my focus on Tagalog Wikipedia is on geography and road-related articles (as of now, my focus is on various cities in Democratic Republic of the Congo, and soon cities of undetermined country. As in the case of the third, it's very hard to translate some technical terms, even using internet-generated definitions these might not fit into a Tagalog sentence naturally. The "ContentTranslation" also doesn't work in my case (the text never translates even if I clicked, I presume that the mobile Internet service provider doesn't allow this highly sophisticated tool). As such I manually translate which is tedious and takes longer (for the case of en:Likasi's tlwiki article, it took roughly 35 mins since I translated it manualy). The fourth one, when I visited, appears to be nonexistent in enwiki. If you prefer, I will forward your 3 article requests (except the 4th nonexistent one) to another editor in tlwiki. @A2D2: Done creating the tlwiki article for Roads in Azerbaijan, plus the tlwiki categories of Category:Bridges in Azerbaijan and Category:Roads in Azerbaijan. i've also created a tlwiki category for en:Category:Transport in Azerbaijan. I cannot create the rest because there are still few road-related categories and/or articles in tlwiki. I cannot create an "empty category" because there's a tendency for it to be speedily deleted.
