some of these articles don't exist for the others 300 wikipedia languages and I had wondered why that language, but its ok, i can do it @Sondrion

Hello. Other Catalan Wikipedist have translated some of these articles. If you are still interested, can you translate the other articles over an extended period? The supplementary article in Catalan ca:Administració territorial de l'Azerbaidjan already exists for the template and category, if you wish to translate them. @Sondrion hey, no other catalan wikipedist has translated it, only I, so you can create a multi-wikipedia project to encourage people for translating Azerbaijani articles to more languages, random requests don't work, sorry, bad practice

Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately, I live in Turkey under the Islamist dictatorship of Erdogan where Wikipedia is banned and blocked along with thousands of other websites. That is why it is impossible to communicate with Wikipedia, let alone edit and upload. Astonishingly, Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons are not banned yet, which are our only way of communication. But soon, according to the newest rumors, they too will be banned and blocked. If it is not impertinent of me, could you sent my request to Catalan Wikipedia?
