That is incorrect. I have checked all sitelinks in Transnistria (Q3537754) and most sitelinks in Transnistria (Q907112)}, and reached the conclusion that they are in the right place. Most Wikipedia and Wikivoyage articles deal about the unrecognized de facto state, not about the region named Transnistria.
