Just a small heads-up that Wikimedia Commons (Q565) should not have any instances, seeing that you created a bunch of data items for categories and claimed instance of (P31)Wikimedia Commons (Q565) for them. The right value for instance of (P31) for categories on Commons is Wikimedia category (Q4167836).
