Hi Succu. In the course of the ongoing Biohackaton, I reconciliated the taxonomy of viruses on Wikidata. I checked and the only thing that was added to the reference is the date that I retrieved the file. Is that OK with you? Mtrekels (talk) 20:39, 9 April 2020 (UTC)

No. ICTV Master Species List 2018b.v2 (Q62075759) has publication date (P577). retrieved (P813) is unnecessary. Andrawaag is running a similar job right now. --Succu (talk) 21:20, 9 April 2020 (UTC)

The job I was executing was in collaboration with Andrawaag, that's why the same structure was used. Just an other question for you: I was looking at SARS-CoV-2 (Q82069695). I see that you removed the taxon rank back to no value. From a taxonomic point of view this is very strange. The SARS-CoV-2 virus is a strain, but a strain is of taxonomic rank 'species'. It also is strange to use the SARS species as parent taxon Mtrekels (talk) 07:25, 10 April 2020 (UTC)
