lover (Q841509) vs significant other (Q11493441) edit

Why do you move ru and pl links from first to second? ru:Значимый другой is explicit translation of en:Significant other (we have no such own term in Russian) and it should be linked with it. I suppose that pl-link is the same. --Infovarius (talk) 21:09, 27 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

As mentioned in Talk:Q841509, pl and ru versions are not only about the couple. --TX55 (talk) 12:57, 28 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
??? "yet in the second paragraph, it contain the other meaning of Significant other, that is "lover"." - all second paragraph just translate from english where used "significant other" and have sources references on english. In article about onlu use "Significant other" and do not about anything else.Sunpriat (talk) 23:21, 19 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
I use the translator, which roughly translate the contents into
Significant other ( Engl. significant Other, SO ) - a general term for a person who is essential to the life of the individual, such as a family member or close friend. The term significant other was first used by American psychiatrist, psychotherapist and psychoanalyst Harry Stack Sullivan .
As such, it should be linked in Q841509.
As for the English version, it was mainly about lover (as defined in the beginning of the page) while with some other definition within the page. --TX55 (talk) 12:13, 21 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
In en:Significant other "Significant other (abbreviated SO) is colloquially used as a gender-neutral term for a person's partner in an intimate relationship[1]" where [1] - http://www.thefreedictionary.com/significant+other .
