A belated welcome to Wikidata! I notice you have been removing a lot of defunct official websites. First of all, thank you for your work! Secondly, I believe it is better practice to leave such claims, and instead mark them as "deprecated rank". This preserves the information in case the website becomes live again, or in case there is a need to use the URL to identify the person (say to merge duplicate items).
