Wikidata:Events/Tampa

On Friday, November 9, 2018, the Florida Librarians of Wikipedia (FLoW) will host its very first Wikidata Meetup in honor of Wikidata's sixth birthday!

• Date: Friday, November 9, 2018
• Time: 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM EST, with Introduction to Wikidata presentation to begin at 5:00 PM EST
• Location: Conference Room MDC 1206, in the Shimberg Health Sciences Library, 12901 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612 Map
• Details: This meetup is open to anyone, but the presentation will target librarians and academics who wish to get involved with Wikidata projects. Pizza, refreshments, Wiki-branded swag, and (of course) birthday cake will be provided at no cost to participants.
• To RSVP: Please email Norwegianblue.wiki@gmail.com if you wish to attend, as space is limited. Once you register to attend, you will receive important information about parking on campus and other details.
• Important: Participants must bring their own laptop. As with all FLoW events, participants agree to abide by the Wikimedia Friendly space policy.
