- your proposed name change is fine with me. I don't know about external-id - these are symbols, which is really not quite the same thing as an id. It's possible the same symbol could be used for multiple items; I don't really know enough about it, but string datatype seems a better fit to me. ArthurPSmith (talk) 13:11, 9 October 2017 (UTC)
