- Motivation
Possible a useful database for source metadata. GZWDer (talk) 16:56, 18 February 2017 (UTC)
- Discussion
- It looks like the ID is the DOI for which we already have DOI (P356). Why do we need this? ChristianKl (talk) 18:13, 18 February 2017 (UTC)
- Support. The en.Wikipedia template listed above treats this separately to DOI. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 16:05, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
- Support. The use of "doi" as parameter is misleading: this identifier has nothing to do with DOI (P356). − Pintoch (talk) 23:18, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
- @GZWDer, ChristianKl, Pigsonthewing, Pintoch: Done - I edited the description to hopefully be more suitable for somebody searching for properties. ArthurPSmith (talk) 19:29, 21 March 2017 (UTC)
