Motivation

EIB has funded 1000s of projects each of which is documented in detail on their website. It will fund projects related to fighting climate change totalling over 1 trillion euros by 2030, which will include very large infrastructure projects including wind and solar farm, rail networks etc. Funding of these projects is quite complex with multiple rounds of funding for the same projects to different parts and different countries, this could very easily lead to misunderstandings and multiple items being created for the same project if the project ID isn't used.
