The Korea Music Copyright Association (Q16168738) (KOMCA) is the main collective rights management organization for musical works in South Korea and one of the largest in Asia. Their repertory of works (KOMCA repertory (Q65969644)) is accessible through a website, providing detailed information about works and their authors. Just like ASCAP (ACE Repertory work ID (P4894)), BMI (BMI work ID (P4860)), SESAC (SESAC work number (P7956)) or SOCAN (SOCAN work number (P8106)), KOMCA assigns identifying codes to each work. Creating a property for these codes would be especially interesting for South Korean works, because KOMCA's repertory generally distinguishes authors of lyrics from composers, unlike ISWC Network (Q82271165). For instance, see 2 Kids in KOMCA's repertory, whereas ISWC Network simply shows the rolled-up role C (C,A,CA) (Q108442819) for all authors.
Both domestic and international works have codes, but international works would require a slightly different formatter URL. For instance, https://www.komca.or.kr/foreign2/eng/S01.jsp?S_PROD_TTL=0000M0550034&S_HNAB_GBN=O for "If I Were a Boy". If there's an actual use for this property in the case of international works, the simplest way to solve the issue might be to create two properties instead of one: "KOMCA domestic work code" with the formatter URL https://www.komca.or.kr/foreign2/eng/S01.jsp?S_PROD_TTL=$1 and "KOMCA international work code" with the formatter URL https://www.komca.or.kr/foreign2/eng/S01.jsp?S_PROD_TTL=$1&S_HNAB_GBN=O.
