Discussion

• I'm a little unsure if this is within the scope of Wikidata. Some time in the past I asked whether bus stops and bus routes was something that ought to be documented, and the general response seemed to be that this was something that was better suited for OpenStreetMaps because at least for routes, this data tend to change frequently. I count about 1800 bicycle sharing stations on Wikidata, almost all of which is located in France. If people think this is within the scope of Wikidata I would be fine with a property for it, but like I said, I'm unsure if that is the case. Infrastruktur (talk) 14:40, 28 May 2023 (UTC)

  Hi @Infrastruktur, I've created this proposal because of the one for Paris (Property:P8771) and I wanted to automatically update data on the entries.

•  Conditional support Unless someone raises any objections for one month since the proposal was made I think it should pass (or a shorter period if there are more supporting votes). There is already a similar property Vélib' Métropole station ID (P8771) and work done documenting bicycle sharing stations with coordinates and nice pictures.
