Motivation
editThis is part of the same exercise as population rank and I suggest the proposals should should fail or succeed together. It will still be qualified with a point in time (P585) as the list changes whenever council areas are amalgamated. Keith Edkins (talk) 23:07, 5 November 2019 (UTC)
