Motivation edit

For any statutory law, there is a date of assent by the Head of State, on which, the Bill becomes the Act. This is different from the date of coming into force. While working on amendments of the Constitution of India, I am facing difficulty because of absence of this parameter. Hrishikes (talk) 03:25, 15 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
