Motivation edit

I propose vanDerWaalsConstantA and vanDerWaalsConstantB to represent the constants used in the Van Der Waals equation. This is an alternative to my previous proposal of vanDerWaalsConstant, which was meant to be a single property for both constants to use with the "applies to part" qualifier.
