Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: This LTA have a history of self promotion and sockpuppeting on Wikimedia Commons and Meta-Wiki and now he's doing it on WD as well. See Q94375830 and Q94252212.

Results: Out of these, only Aashish Kaushik (talk • contribs • logs) and Aryashah6p (talk • contribs • logs) could be checked by me; AryaShahPhixMan does not exist here and the rest are stale. Aryashah6p (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · case block · block log · CA · checkuser (log) · investigate) is   Confirmed to be Arya Shah.
