@Trade: All three were uploading the same image, which had no educational value and most probably used to hurt people of a particular religion by insulting the goddess. When I asked them to stop, the IP gave non understandable reasons. These clearly justify that these accounts are controlled by the same person.245CMR (talk)

@Trade: I think this user (User:Etrfgbcvnm(35)manso) is also a sockpuppet as his first edit is to vandalise my user page and then comment rubbish on various articles. Beware, this user may change the comments.245CMR (talk)

For what it matters, I don't think all of these are GRP (Projects): at least a few of those accounts are sockpuppets of Cruizir, a long-term xwiki vandal, who loves to impersonate socks of Projects; and there's some socking also by Wikinger, who's also WMF-banned. I've tracked this abuse spree for quite a while across multiple projects (meta, enwiki, enwikibooks, enwikivoyage and others) and am fairly confident that GRP rarely uses accounts nowadays except to send abusive emails. The named accounts are likely to be Cruizir or Wikinger. In any case, all accounts should be globally locked for abuse, and all underlying IPs should be blocked as proxies both locally and globally.
