Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: The user is a cross-wiki spammer who has created/edit page of singer Q76436829 on many wikis. It has been marked for deletion on all the wikis. The other users have edited the item too, and Mike Wood 0011 was glocked for cross-wiki spam, and a sockpuppet investigation regarding that account was held on English Wikipedia.
