Reason: This user is a LTA with a history of constantly recreating non-notable items about Q94061227. He have also been hijacking Deependra Singh (Q90237918) (a notable but different person with same name) for the purpose of self-promotion

He have already been investigated for paid editing and sockpuppeting on English WP
