Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: It's very unlikely that a new user would create and name an account for the sole purpose of accusing another user od sockpuppeting and votestqcking. Hence why i believe he might be using an alternate account. @Votestackfinder: Trade (talk) 00:44, 28 May 2020 (UTC)
