Reason: Both the users are creating wikidata item then creating an empty wikidata item and redirecting it to existing item created earlier (Similar editing behaviour) . • @ Trade , Prahlad balaji : The user has again created wikidata item which got deleted yesterday , a new one was created today (check Q99441937 ) by ip: 117.199.216.253 .Wikidata item for Q99441937 was deleted twice in this week. Looking at the edit history of this ip it clearly points out that the user was here to create again the deleted item which shows he is a confirmed sock of above mentioned users .
