The bot coordinates extracted from the pages of Wikipedia in Spanish through GeoData. Pages list is a category in which a infovok automatically adds pages that have coordinates and these are not in Wikidata
The bot first checks whether the item exists in Wikidata.
If the item does not exist, the program asks if it should be created and awaits a response.
if the answer to a question is yes, creates the item introducing the Spanish and English label and the link to the Spanish Wikipedia.
Check if the item already exists clain P625
Checks if exist coordinates in title in the page of Wikipedia (GeoData).
My latest release also reads the coordinates of the Infovox if not shown in the title and transformed into DEC format (latitude and longitude in degrees).
The program asks again whether to add clain and is awaiting a response.
In both cases the possible answers are: sí (yes), not todo (all), cerrar (exit).
For now, in any case I haven't used the option all. Before creating a new item I try to manually search if there are others to link them.
I thought about doing that bot will check exist whether other item by a searching, but that task proved more complex than I thought because the own Wikipedia in Spanish I found several instances of duplicate articles or case in other projects is in one article that the Spanish Wikipedia is in two article or viceversa.
For that reason the bot in any case only create item if monitored by me and in case of operating in automatic mode where there is no element in Wikidata would be omitted.--Miguillen (talk) 14:40, 12 August 2014 (UTC)
