Task/s: Find version, edition or translation (Q3331189)s on Wikidata and Open Library with the same ISBNs and add the Open Library ID (P648) to Wikidata and the Wikidata QID to Open Library.
Code: https://github.com/cdrini/openlibrary-wikidata-bot (specifically this branch/file)
Function details: Special notes outside of what's in the task description:
- See the top of the code file for the SPARQL query used to find Wikidata editions with isbns but missing Open Library IDs.
- If multiple Open Library books are found for a single QID (because there are multiple ISBN-10s or ISBN-13s), all of their Open Library IDs will be added to the Wikidata item.
- Currently assumes that an ISBN will only be associated with a single book on OpenLibrary.
- Currently designed to be a one-time job, but I'm planning to make it run regularly.
