Function details:
- get list of qids from cirrussearch
- check if label is longer than 2 words (if shorter they are discarded because they are most probably garbage, see my deletion request)
- check if label is unique
- upload description via QS

- @GZWDer:I read the code you linked. It only support items with English description so the script I made and requested here is not going to upload other language descriptions. The hardest is the first because of collisions which I will try to handle down in later requests. This is a good start to describe our good scientific items.
