I would like to request the rights to the oversight item on Wikidata. I'm currently active on ptwiki, but I've always been interested in Commons. I've never had any copyright infringement issues, none of my uploads have been deleted (there is a deletion request currently, but it's not due to copyright, it's due to a high quality version of a logo available after my upload). All items I indicated for spam deletion have been deleted. As such, I believe I am "[...] familiar with Wikidata's general policy [...] With oversight rights, I will also focus on wIkidata in addition to ptwiki to help reduce the huge backlog in Category:Review license needed, especially needed.
