I do quite a bit of editing involving redirects on enwiki, but haven’t currently done much editing specifically on Wikidata. I’m requesting confirmed status so that I can add appropriate redirects I find to item pages on Wikidata using the badge ‘intentional sitelink to redirect’, which is currently blocked as I am unconfirmed. - Well, I see you have some experience in other WMF projects (in the enWP, specifically), so you can be considered as a trusted user. I hope you're familiar with this policy. The permission is granted, good luck. ----Wolverène (talk) 07:25, 16 September 2023 (UTC)

I very occasionally work with data sourced from Wikidata, and typically update data in the consumer app rather than Wikidata directly. I have made very rare edits to Wikipedia when the data is incorrect, but am now finding it more sensible to update Wikidata directly especially on latest happenings (e.g. transition of power). Case in point, I am trying to edit Q334 to update the head of state of Singapore, which has been reflected in Wikipedia, but the corresponding update has not occurred on Wikidata, and cannot do so unless I am confirmed. - You are only 11 edits away from being auto-confirmed, it's quite easy to do these edits in less than a few minutes. Sjoerd de Bruin (talk) 10:53, 14 September 2023 (UTC)
- That's true. I've actually gone to more than that number of edits now in the process of doing my work. It might take a few more days for the auto-confirmation to actually take place, though. RagnaParadise (talk) 15:30, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
- Done, good luck. --Wolverène (talk) 07:18, 16 September 2023 (UTC)
