Natural Language description edit

There are different kind of apps for use in the pandemic, including mobile apps or web apps used for public awareness, dashboards, contact tracing etc. Currently they are bundled under COVID-19 app (Q89288125). There are also contact tracing frameworks and technology consortia, which need their own properties.
