Issues with properties edit
- General issues affecting many properties
- Handling multiple values in properties for ionic entities: for chemical entities exhibiting ionic character some databases generate more than one entry resulting in more than one external identifier value (ChemSpider ID (P661), PubChem CID (P662)) or structure-related properties value (canonical SMILES (P233), InChI (P234), InChIKey (P235)).
- Issues with InChI (P234) and InChIKey (P235)
- InChI exceeds the limit of character: some InChI values have a length exceeding the limit of 1500 character.
- Handling of missing stereocenter information: some databases may have different entries generated using non-standard InChI which are duplicates from the Wikidata perspective.
- Issues with ChemSpider ID (P661)
- Different entries for unknown and undefined stereocenters: ChemSpider has different entries about structure with one undefined stereocenter generated using non-standard InChI which leads to more than one ChemSpider ID in an item.
Issues with items edit
- Issues with labels and aliases
- Name exceeds character limit: some chemical entities have names that exceed the limit of 250 character for labels and aliases.
