The qualifiers start time (P580) and end time (P582) are not used here but rather later on as statement properties.

part of the series (P179)Coding da Vinci (Q51845238) For reasons of readability and from an end-user perspective it has been decided to not use the qualifiers series ordinal (P1545), follows (P155) and followed by (P156) here but instead use edition number (P393), follows (P155) and followed by (P156) as main properties later on.

  • kickoff event
  • award ceremony

kickoff event:

award ceremony:

The use of location (P276) as a main statement is wrong, because the hackathon as a whole is not only an event taking place in a specific location but the whole process from the kickoff to the individual work of participants up to the award ceremony. This is why the location should be use only in relation to the individual events that form part of the hackathon.
organizer (P664)... The institution being in charge of organizing the regional hackathon.
participant (P710)... The institutions participating in the hackathon and providing their datasets.
