This aims to described the stucture used on Wikidata items as it grew over the years (2013-2018).
Senators
edit- instance of (P31) = human (Q5)
- position held (P39) United States senator (Q13217683)
- Qualified with start time (P580) date the senator first took office, e.g. 3 January 1987
- Qualified with end time (P582) date the senator left office, e.g. 25 August 2018
- Make a new statement, if the senator was later elected to another, non-consecutive term.
- candidacy in election (P3602) add statement for each election the person was a candidate.
- US Congress Bio ID (P1157)
- US Federal Election Commission ID (P1839) contemporary senators will have one
Legislative terms
edit- instance of (P31) = legislative term (Q15238777)
- start time (P580) = start time, e.g. January 3, 1991
- end time (P582) = end time, e.g. January 3, 1993
