Bots to create an empty article for every country? edit

Right now I want to find Wikidata bots that can create an empty article for every country and region in the world with a country flag. That would be the first step I would recommend.

Does anybody know how to do this? I am unfamiliar with Wikibots but I would like to learn how they work.

All countries and most of subdivisions have already an item in Wikidata. We just need to list the country names withe the Q number of their item. The next step is about the type of data we want to include in Wikidata: we need to do a list of properties which will be included in the economy summary. For this purpose I create a new page where we can add all properties and once we have a clear idea about the general picture we can start the property proposal procedure. 141.6.11.14 10:04, 2 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

List of country with Q number: Wikidata:Global Economic Map task force/List of country. Next step: a page for administrative division of first level for each country. --ValterVB (talk) 18:11, 2 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
We certainly want Economic information for all countries. For sub-national economic information I suggest we be guided by what information is available. For the USA I would hope details are available for every state. For some other (smaller) countries some data will may only be available at national level. Local government budget info should be available for all administrative divisions, even the smallest. Filceolaire (talk) 10:36, 5 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Creation of properties list edit

A new organization of the task force is proposed and from now you can start the properties proposal on a dedicated page. Once a first list is available the property proposal procedure will start and the properties will be proposed by batch. Snipre (talk) 11:43, 2 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
