Announcement for Cognate extension

Hello all,

After several issues regarding development and deployment, we finally have a date for enabling Cognate. Thanks for your patience :)

I wish I could announce this on Wiktionaries in their main languages, as much as possible. That's why I need you help now. The announcement is ready here, only translated in French so far. If you can translate it in your native language, this would be very helpful!
