editI've been having a chat with the team at the BBC who oversee this - they maintain an internal mapping to Wikidata as well, and currently have about ~45,000 Things > Wikidata links. They have helpfully provided this and I'll be uploading it over the next couple of days, marked with a suitable reference (provisionally stated in (P248):BBC Things (Q18336371)) to indicate that the match is found on their side. - These are lined up and going in now. I've set aside any that are currently in place and will do a second check on those ones to make sure our data lines up with theirs. Andrew Gray (talk) 17:06, 11 June 2023 (UTC)
- Main batch (~42k) now in, and running a followup batch to add qualifiers to ~3k which were already present and have the same data. Andrew Gray (talk) 19:58, 15 June 2023 (UTC)
