Use as property on forms, rather than as "qualifier"

When this property was proposed by @Aitalvivem:, the term "qualifier" was used without reference to a specific property which this would qualify. The examples given in the proposal, however, suggest that this property should instead be used directly on a particular form. I have thus modified the property to allow this use.

@Theklan, Higa4: I removed the Basque and Japanese descriptions as unfortunately I wasn't quite certain how to remove "qualifier" from the description and was hoping you would be able to rewrite them. Mahir256 (talk) 17:34, 17 August 2020 (UTC)

There is no reason why the form ostau uses uppercase, just like ostal doesn't. I don't know how to fix it on Lexeme:L41768. CaféBuzz (talk) 12:44, 24 May 2023 (UTC)
