stylesheet for actual small icons

It bothered me to not be able to see at a glance how the icons/favicons/logos look at the small sizes they are intended for, so I created a rather simple stylesheet (find it at User:CamelCaseNick/P8972.css). If anyone else had would like the P8972 to be displayed at a height of 16 px, the stylesheet can be imported:

• @CamelCaseNick: Good idea. Maybe we can include that in the general stylesheet for Wikidata. People might get confused to see the logo and this properties value in large format on the same page, especially when they are different.

16x16

This property exists, so that a data user who wants an image and has 16x16 space for that image gets an image that produces a valid picture. Adding examples that are not able to be reasonably displayed at 16x16 because they have a lot of details violates the spirit of the property proposal and thus I removed those examples.
